Welcome to our Bed & Breakfast website

The pages here will tell you everything you need to know about our cosy B&B, so feel free to have a look around. If you do have any questions, view our contact page and get in touch.

We are seven miles north west of Fakenham and approximately six miles from the coast, nestled in the cosy village of South Creake. Perfectly situated for both the rural and coastal life, you'll receive a lovely welcome at our riverside cottage, from both ourselves, and the ducks paddling outside.

We have two beautiful rooms that provide a warm and intimate place to stay. We serve only the best home cooked, locally sourced foods and our hot water is provided by our environmentally friendly solar panels on the roof (we're very committed to reducing our carbon footprint). Just outside our door is a wealth of local culture, and there are always events taking place nearby. See our Amenities page for more details.

Our B&B is very homely with traditional fayre and an informal atmosphere. We're sure you will agree that Ducksdrift is your inviting, home away from home!

So come on, pay us a visit. We are open for Christmas and New Year too.

We can accept payment by cash, cheque or BACS

Norfolk

It's on the road to nowhere,
Travellers pass it by,
Nobody comes to Norfolk
Without a reason why.

When God made Norfolk county
He showed his perfect art,
Within her proud fair body
He hid a golden heart.

So come and visit Norfolk
Bide'til her spell is cast
Then once you've leant to love her,
You'll love her to the last.
